We are currently hiring a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our HR and recruitment services in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building client relationships, generating new business, and working closely with recruitment teams to deliver tailored hiring solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the client base, identifying new opportunities, and contributing directly to revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities for HR and recruitment services
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Generate leads through cold calling, client meetings, referrals, and networking activities
• Present recruitment solutions, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals
• Coordinate with internal HR and recruitment teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and activities within the CRM system
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a business development or sales-focused role
• Prior exposure to the HR or recruitment industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to sales
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and client hiring requirements
