Role: Business Development Executive (Tele-calling + Office Admin)
Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,500
Who We’re Looking For:
A dynamic candidate with 1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or admissions (ideally in the education/training sector) with good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote our up-skilling courses
- Handle incoming inquiries, explain course offerings, fees, and enrollment steps
- Update leads and follow up using CRM tools
- Support marketing & participate in career events
- Hit monthly enrolment & revenue targets
You’ll Succeed If You Have:
- Excellent spoken English (regional language is a plus)
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
- Experience in education sales or telecalling
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
