Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (or Manager) with proven experience in SaaS and HRMS sales. You will lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—engaging HR and business decision-makers, delivering product demos, and working with internal teams to propose tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: Prospecting → Qualification → Demo → Proposal → Closure
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC
  • Conduct cold and warm calls to engage potential clients
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
  • Schedule and deliver engaging product demos (online or in-person)
  • Build strong relationships with HR professionals and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to customize sales proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate sales activities and records
  • Represent Cipherbizz at industry events and trade shows

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of B2B SaaS and/or HRMS sales experience
  • Solid understanding of HR tech and SaaS business models
  • Prior sales experience in the UAE/GCC market is essential
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
