Wall Street Jr. Group is expanding its team and is currently seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Executives to join its Dubai office. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for converting prospective leads into long-term clients through effective communication, relationship building, and consultative sales techniques. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily outbound prospecting activities and engage potential clients through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Generate and nurture qualified leads while building a strong and consistent sales pipeline.
• Arrange and conduct face-to-face client meetings, consultations, and presentations.
• Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to encourage long-term engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system.

• Follow up with prospects consistently and professionally throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance metrics established by management.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of UAE experience in sales, telecalling, business development, customer acquisition, or related client-facing positions.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Confidence in handling telephone conversations as well as in-person client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of performing under pressure.
• Previous exposure to Brokerage, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or FinTech sectors will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is preferred.
