Description:
MindClick GCC is seeking a proactive and street-smart Business Development Executive to join its UAE team. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive on face-to-face client interactions and are motivated to generate and close business opportunities efficiently.
The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business and closing deals across white-collar recruitment, blue-collar and volume hiring, as well as back-office and offshore support services (India-based operations). This role requires visiting prospective clients across the UAE, pitching MindClick’s staffing and back-office solutions, converting leads, and establishing strong, long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting corporate offices, HR teams, and decision-makers to pitch services
- Independently generating leads and converting assigned leads
- Coordinating with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Closing deals and following up until requirements are signed and activated
- Maintaining and strengthening client relationships for repeat business
Candidates must be currently in the UAE (Visit Visa, Employment Visa, or Cancelled Visa all acceptable) and ready to start immediately. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
