Description:
Start Any Business is expanding its sales team and is currently hiring a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive for its Dubai offices. This role is ideal for sales professionals who are passionate about helping entrepreneurs set up and grow their businesses in the UAE while working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create marketing videos for company products and business setup services
- Handle inbound leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and referrals
- Clearly explain UAE business setup solutions including Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore, visas, and banking services
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures
- Conduct consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and Excel sheets
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and processing
Desired Skills & Profile:
- Strong background in sales, coordination, or business development
- Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory; Arabic, Hindi, and other languages are a strong plus)
- Prior experience in Business Setup, Company Formation, or Corporate Services is highly preferred
- Confident, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
