Founded in 2009, we pride ourselves on quality sourcing and reliable supply to a diverse B2B client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisitionby prospecting and managing the full sales cycle for wholesale flower business.
- Conduct face-to-face sales visits and follow-up calls with both prospective and existing customers.
- Research and evaluate market opportunities in current and new territories to support expansion plans.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate commercial risks that could impact growth.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business.
- Maintain an up-to-date prospects database and coordinate business generation activities.
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams on forecasting, planning, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or similar discipline.
- Valid driving license — essential for territory visits.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- UAE experience preferred, particularly within flower wholesale, FMCG, or related trade sectors.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales and business development goals.
