The organization is now seeking a proactive and highly motivated Business Development Associate to expand strategic partnerships and support go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate will take ownership of partner relationships from initial outreach through contract execution and onboarding, ensuring smooth collaboration across technical and commercial stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead outreach efforts to identify and engage new strategic partners and refine partnership pitches

• Manage end-to-end partnership discussions, including technical and commercial negotiations

• Drive proposals from early-stage conversations through to contract signing and execution

• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, data, and leadership teams for partner onboarding

• Support integration and implementation processes for new partners

• Maintain strong communication and relationship management for high-value (VIP) partners

• Provide consistent updates on pipeline progress, risks, and next steps across all opportunities

• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of partnership strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, or ecosystem growth roles

• Strong ability to manage commercial relationships and lead contract negotiations

• Experience in technology-driven environments, preferably with blockchain exposure

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

• Strong ownership mindset with ability to work in fast-paced environments

• Proficiency in using AI tools for research, writing, workflow automation, and productivity enhancement

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communication channels effectively
