About the Role:
As a Business Development Analyst you will drive new client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and spot high-impact growth opportunities. You’ll partner closely with leadership and marketing to shape go-to-market approaches for the wellness vertical, expand our presence, and help accelerate revenue growth. This position suits someone from a high-growth startup background who enjoys owning BD initiatives end-to-end and scaling them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach and partner development.
  • Lead outreach, negotiate terms, and manage relationships with media, affiliate, and B2B partners.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and partnership prospects.
  • Conduct market research to inform market-entry strategy and uncover new channels or verticals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and offers for target segments.
  • Track and report on sales and partnership metrics (conversion rates, CAC, ROI) and surface insights.
  • Test, iterate and refine BD strategies based on performance data and partner feedback.

Requirements / Ideal Profile:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in business development, partnerships, or growth—ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving client acquisition or closing partnership deals end-to-end.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pitch value clearly.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and tracking pipeline metrics.
  • Highly self-directed, motivated and action-oriented with a bias for execution.
  • Bonus: familiarity with scheduling tools, appointment-based businesses or website builders.
