Description:
Telcom Construction, LLC is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support key operational functions and business processes across various operational systems. This role involves generating and compiling reports from system observations and providing insights to IT support teams, helping maximize technology investments and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout all software development life-cycle activities, promoting best practices.
• Identify opportunities for systematic improvements in business, financial, and operational processes, and execute plans to resolve them.
• Build and maintain positive relationships at all levels, fostering open communication and effective problem solving.
• Plan and support system roll-outs, including introduction meetings and end-user training.
• Assist in design sessions for new system prototypes, focusing on simplicity and user comprehension.
• Develop operational decision trees and conduct testing as needed.
• Generate reports and ad-hoc queries to analyze data, track user compliance, and provide system insights to management.
• Maintain general after-hours availability to support crews and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, project management, or relevant experience in telecommunications construction.
• Ability to read and interpret telecommunication construction contracts, construction sheets, maps, and plant records.
• Preferred experience with organizational system integration.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced proficiency in internet software, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
• Experience with Android & iOS mobile technology and Google apps for business is strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Extensive travel required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
