Description:
RDA is looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our remote team in the US. This role involves supporting digital transformation projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with client goals. RDA partners with enterprises to solve business challenges using AI, strategy, customer experience, and technology, emphasizing rapid results and thoughtful design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Technical Project Managers, Strategists, UX Designers, Developers, and Architects to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist in gathering and organizing business requirements, documenting process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Support product vision alignment for digital solutions, including CMS, eCommerce, CRM, DAM, and CDP platforms.
- Define test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality delivery.
- Participate actively in Agile practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other ceremonies.
Requirements / Skills:
- 1–5 years of experience in business analysis, digital project coordination, or IT consulting.
- Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working with technical project managers and delivery teams.
- Familiarity with CMS/DXP platforms; experience with eCommerce or custom application development is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools (e.g., Miro, Mural).
