Description:
Pinnacle Method Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst I to provide professional consulting and technical support for process improvement within the Facilities Management Department. This role involves analyzing workflows, recommending system enhancements, and working closely with IT teams to optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with IT professionals on the design, testing, and deployment of new software solutions.
