InfoSpeed Inc. is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join its onsite team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in business analysis, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience preparing business documentation, supporting Agile project delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates who are willing to relocate to Dubai are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and project needs.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Create process maps and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with development and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain project tasks using Jira.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, user stories, process mapping, and UAT.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Jira is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Business analysis methodologies and documentation.
• Agile/Scrum framework and project collaboration.
• Jira, process mapping, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
