Description:

Asian Global Infotech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Airline E-Commerce to support digital product delivery and improve customer experience within the airline e-commerce domain. The role is suitable for professionals with strong business analysis expertise and experience working with digital products, travel platforms, and customer journey optimization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, supporting Agile delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance airline booking and customer service solutions. This is a fully onsite role in Dubai, requiring candidates to work five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements for digital products.

• Support airline e-commerce product delivery and customer experience improvements.

• Create user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Perform business process modelling and workflow analysis.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Support Agile project activities and manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

• Use requirement and defect management tools such as Azure DevOps.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years in Business Analysis.

• Experience in airline e-commerce, travel, or digital product environments.

• Strong understanding of airline booking processes, customer servicing, and digital customer journeys.

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, user stories, and functional requirements.

• Knowledge of airline operations including IRROPS such as flight delays, cancellations, rebooking, and disruption management.

• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar requirement and defect management tools.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Business analysis and requirements management.

• Business process modelling and workflow analysis.

• Airline digital products and customer journey optimization.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Dubai, five days a week.

• Candidates outside the UAE must be willing to relocate with a valid passport.

• Immediate to 30 days notice period candidates are preferred.
