Description:
Sama International School, located in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi, is currently seeking a qualified and passionate BTEC Business Teacher to join its academic team. This opportunity is ideal for educators who have a strong background in delivering vocational business education and are experienced with Pearson BTEC International Level 3 standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, supporting student development, and ensuring academic excellence through structured assessment and effective teaching strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Pearson BTEC International Level 3 Business curriculum effectively
- Plan lessons, assessments, and learning activities aligned with BTEC standards
- Manage internal verification processes and maintain academic quality
- Support students with varying learning needs, including EAL and SEN learners
- Maintain strong classroom management and foster student engagement
- Collaborate with academic staff to enhance curriculum delivery
- Ensure adherence to UAE education regulations, safeguarding, and child protection policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience teaching Pearson BTEC International Level 3 Business (essential)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Education, or a related discipline
- Recognized teaching qualification such as PGCE, Diploma in Education, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of BTEC assessment criteria and verification standards
- IELTS minimum band score of 7.5 for non-native English speakers
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience (UAE or international experience preferred)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
