About the Role:
Nexus People, a well-established recruitment and outsourcing company, is hiring a Brand & Media Specialist / Manager on behalf of a reputed insurance brokerage firm in Dubai, with its head office located in Satwa. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic professional who can handle brand positioning, sponsorship activities, events, and digital presence while working closely with senior leadership to strengthen market visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute effective marketing and branding strategies to enhance brand recognition and audience engagement.
  • Oversee and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Create compelling and engaging content aligned with brand identity and business goals.
