Description:

A leading organization in Dubai is seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Marketing Associate / Digital Marketing Manager to support the Regional Brand Marketing Manager in executing high-impact marketing strategies. This role is focused on strengthening brand presence, driving online sales, and managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing brand communications, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring consistent campaign execution across platforms. This position is best suited for professionals with strong experience in brand marketing, campaign management, and cross-functional coordination.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives while maintaining brand consistency and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising

• Collaborate with aggregators and third-party platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive sales performance

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports

• Optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment and cost efficiency

• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and suppliers for creative and campaign execution

• Manage and maintain content calendars and oversee brand presence across social media platforms

• Support the planning and execution of brand events, product launches, and promotional activities

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to improve marketing effectiveness

• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within F&B or e-commerce industries

• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills

• Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
