An exciting opportunity is available for a passionate and driven Brand Manager – Personal Care to join a growing organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in managing and scaling personal care brands, particularly within the haircare segment.
The position focuses on developing brand strategies, executing impactful campaigns, and driving product growth across multiple channels. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends will be a great fit.
• Plan and execute 360° marketing strategies, including ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns
• Lead new product launches and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies
• Build and strengthen brand identity through innovative campaigns and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans
• Work closely with FMCG or D2C personal care brands to drive growth and visibility
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results
Requirements:
• 3–8 years of experience in brand or product management
• Experience in the personal care industry, with preference for haircare segment
• Strong knowledge of integrated marketing (ATL, BTL, and digital channels)
• Proven experience in launching products and executing GTM strategies
• Ability to manage brand growth and deliver impactful campaigns
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai if currently based elsewhere
