Like Bricks is expanding its footprint across the UAE and is looking for an experienced Branch Supervisor to support its growing operations. With multiple successful branches already operating in Dubai and Sharjah and additional locations planned in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization during a key stage of its development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, supporting team performance, and ensuring excellent customer experiences across daily activities. This role requires a proactive leader who can maintain operational standards while helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities
• Lead, motivate, and support branch staff to achieve performance goals
• Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a positive, organized, and productive work environment
• Support branch development projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Previous UAE experience in a similar role such as Branch Supervisor, Branch Manager, Operations Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Team Leader
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Experience managing teams in a customer-facing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle operational challenges and make sound decisions
• Fluent English communication skills
