Job Title: Branch Supervisor – Dubai Branch
We are currently hiring a confident and results-driven Branch Supervisor to oversee and manage branch operations across Dubai and Al Ain. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can handle daily operations, guide teams effectively, and maintain high service standards. Candidates with experience in the F&B sector—especially in cakes, flowers, or retail environments—will be strongly preferred.
Job Overview:
- Take full responsibility for the smooth daily operations of assigned branches
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 10 or more staff members to ensure productivity and discipline
- Ensure company standards are consistently followed in customer service, product handling, and overall branch operations
- Prepare staff schedules, monitor performance, and address operational or staff-related issues
- Manage inventory levels and promptly report shortages, variances, or discrepancies
- Implement company policies, systems, and operational procedures effectively
- Maintain a clean, professional, and presentable branch environment
- Communicate regularly with Head Office regarding branch performance, challenges, and operational updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Previous experience in F&B, cakes, flowers, or retail operations is highly preferred
- Strong leadership personality with excellent team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle conflict resolution professionally
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; good communication skills in English are required
- Presentable, disciplined, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using operational systems and branch management software
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with a confident and approachable demeanor
- Proven experience managing teams of 10+ employees
- Background in cakes, flowers, retail outlets, or F&B supervision will be a strong advantage
