About the Role:
FEDlogic, LLC is seeking a meticulous and proactive Bookkeeper to oversee daily financial operations. This role is essential for maintaining accuracy in accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, contract management, and vendor relations. The Bookkeeper will collaborate closely with the Operations and Client Services teams to ensure financial integrity as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client contracts and CRM data to prepare and issue accurate invoices on time.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain detailed aging reports.
- Record, categorize, and input all business-related expenses into accounting systems.
- Manage accounts payable, including vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense approvals.
- Prepare and send client contracts via DocuSign, maintaining an organized tracking system.
- Maintain and manage vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring compliance, renewals, and timely communication.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and produce monthly financial reports.
- Assist with year-end financial preparations and coordinate with external accounting teams and tax professionals.
- Keep accurate and organized digital records of all financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Support internal audits and implement best practices in financial operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a service-based or professional environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, billing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Experience with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
