Mercor, in partnership with Crossing Hurdles, is seeking skilled Bookkeepers to contribute to cutting-edge AI model development for the world’s leading AI research labs. This fully remote, contract-based opportunity allows professionals to leverage their accounting and auditing expertise to support AI training and content refinement. The role is flexible, requiring 10–40 hours per week, with training provided to align you with Mercor’s standards and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize professional experience to design accounting-specific questions for AI model training
- Provide detailed insights into real-world bookkeeping, auditing, and documentation practices
- Collaborate asynchronously with Mercor’s AI research teams to ensure AI content is accurate and professionally relevant
- Review and refine AI-generated accounting content to enhance clarity and precision
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Auditing Clerk
- Strong domain knowledge in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
