The Role:
We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our fully remote international team. You will take ownership of daily financial operations, including multi-currency reconciliations and monthly reporting, ensuring accurate records and supporting our fast-growing digital business. Collaboration with the Director and various teams is essential to maintain smooth accounting processes and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform daily reconciliations of bank and card transactions across multiple currencies (EUR, USD, THB)
· Coordinate with the Director and teams to gather transaction data, confirm new charges, and ensure correct booking with supporting documents
· Manage Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expenses, Payables, and Vendor Balances, ensuring timely follow-up
· Prepare and deliver monthly book and performance reports within deadlines
· Ensure transaction records and descriptions are accurate and properly documented
· Provide financial data and reports as requested by management
· Support other ad hoc accounting and finance tasks as assigned

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
· 2–3 years of bookkeeping or relevant accounting experience
· Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software
· Strong understanding of multi-currency transactions and reconciliations
· Knowledge of crypto wallet booking is a plus
· Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work under deadlines and deliver results timely
· Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
