Description:
We’re expanding our modelling team and looking for experienced BIM professionals who can hit the ground running. This hiring drive seeks immediate joiners—candidates already based in Dubai will be given preference. The roles are focused on producing accurate, coordinated BIM models for interior, structural and architectural disciplines.
Open positions:
• BIM Interior Designer — responsible for producing detailed interior BIM models, finishes coordination and working with MEP and FF&E teams.
• BIM Structural Modeler — focused on structural modelling, clash detection, and producing construction-ready structural deliverables.
• BIM Architectural Modeler — creating coordinated architectural models, producing extraction schedules and ensuring model compliance with standards.
Key qualifications:
• 2–6 years’ hands-on experience in BIM drafting and modelling.
• Strong command of AutoCAD and Revit with proven delivery of coordinated models.
• Ability to produce accurate, detailed, and fully clash-resolved models ready for construction.
• Good attention to detail, strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Preference for candidates currently located in Dubai and available to join immediately.
