Description:
Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their remote team and contribute to the financial operations of the organization. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data, supporting payment reconciliation, and maintaining organized documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate billing data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in reconciling payments, adjustments, and re-billings.
- Maintain detailed records of billing, payment, and related financial activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the billing and finance team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- 6 months of relevant experience in billing, reconciliations, collections, or pharmacy.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong data analysis skills with high accuracy and consistency.
