Trader Interactive is seeking a motivated Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As part of a global digital marketplace group, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders, maintaining customer account integrity, and supporting both sales and finance teams. This role offers flexibility with fully remote work options and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Account Management
• Process account setups, changes, and cancellations for assigned workloads
• Ensure contracts, approvals, rates, and terms are properly adhered to
• Communicate with sales teams to accurately process their opportunities and agreements
• Collaborate with finance and sales teams to maintain accounts receivables and process invoices prior to month-end
Customer Service & Data Integrity
• Handle special billing requirements while maintaining accurate customer data
• Support sales and finance teams in ensuring billing compliance and accurate reporting
Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, and Salesforce
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills
• Occasional travel for trade shows, conferences, or related events
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate’s Degree in a related field
• Knowledge of commercial truck, heavy equipment, or recreation industries
