This role is central to managing and processing billing activities for clients while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter daily premium deposits and validate balanced debits, auditing and researching incoming checks, and issuing premium refunds as necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for external customer correspondence, assisting with customer service duties such as generating past-due calls, processing changes, and responding to information or data entry requests.
- Prepare monthly invoices for external vendors and carriers, track payments, manage past-due accounts, and communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Accurately process and reconcile premium payments at an employee policy level, following company guidelines.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0 – 2 years of related experience.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $18.89 – $27.29 per hour, determined by location, experience, and qualifications.
