Description:
Arkansas Trailer Mfg. Co., Inc. is seeking a meticulous Billing Data Entry Clerk to join our team remotely. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining billing records, ensuring invoices and charges are properly documented, and supporting the overall efficiency of our billing and ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices, billing details, and customer charges into internal systems
- Verify billing information against purchase orders, work orders, rate sheets, and shipping documents
- Confirm customer names, addresses, tax status, and billing terms as applicable
- Review entries for accuracy, identifying duplicate invoices, incorrect amounts, or missing fields
- Update invoice statuses and maintain supporting documentation
- Assist with billing corrections, credit memos, and adjustments as assigned
- Communicate discrepancies to billing, accounting, or operations teams
- Maintain organized digital records and follow proper data handling procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and web-based systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- 1+ year experience in billing support, invoicing, or data entry preferred
