This is a temporary position of about 6 months.
Elevate is recruiting a Billing and Support Specialist to work within the Legal Operations business unit supporting one of their customers in the tech industry.
Must have TeamConnect experience.
Specifically, the Billing and Support Specialist will
- Provide e-billing support.
- Provide high volume customer service support
Experience
- 5+ years billing support experience, within a legal vendor environment is preferred.
- Experience in high volume billing/customer service support
Technical Skills
- Experience with TeamConnect is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with a support ticketing system or equivalent customer facing service experience.
- Experience with Timekeeper management.
Compensation
The pay rate for this temporary, remote-based role is $35/hour.
