Medlogix is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Billing and Accounting Associate to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and dynamic environment, ensuring accurate billing and financial reporting across the full Accounts Receivable cycle.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Cross-train across various service billing and reporting functions
✅ Ensure all billing tasks are processed accurately and meet month-end deadlines
✅ Review and verify accounting system data to maintain accuracy
✅ Prepare detailed reports for management and customers
✅ Handle customer inquiries and resolve invoice disputes efficiently
✅ Assist in identifying and correcting invoicing errors
