Overview:
Medlogix is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing and Accounting Associate to join our Accounts Receivable team remotely. This role supports the full billing cycle and monthly close activities, working closely with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely financial reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Job Function:
- Cross-train across different service billing streams and related reporting.
- Ensure timely processing of all billing tasks and meet month-end close deadlines.
- Review and validate data entered into the accounting system to maintain accuracy.
- Prepare customer and management reports as required.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and invoice disputes professionally.
- Assist in investigating and resolving invoicing errors and discrepancies.
Skills And Abilities:
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems and spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in billing or accounts receivable roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and collaborating with remote teams.
