Kodiak Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our accounting team. This role is central to managing billing operations, ensuring alignment with contracts, and supporting efficient financial processes for healthcare organizations. The Billing Analyst will work closely with business leaders, accounts receivable specialists, and other stakeholders to maintain accuracy and compliance in billing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Line of Business (LOB) leaders to ensure billing adheres to contract terms
- Work alongside Accounts Receivable Specialists to resolve collection issues
- Implement and maintain new invoicing structures within NetSuite ERP system
- Perform monthly billing analyses and apply necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Reconcile billing activities against customer contracts
- Execute additional billing duties as required
- Support general accounting tasks, including monthly account reconciliations
- Assist with annual audits and contribute to accounting projects and analytical initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years experience working with NetSuite
- 1-2 years experience with Salesforce
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable processing
- Proven time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
