As our organization grows, we are looking for a Bilingual Front Office Operations Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our brand, delivering professional, service-oriented support to clients and learners.
Role Overview:
As a Front Office Operations Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, learners, trainers, and visitors. Your role ensures a seamless front-desk experience while providing essential administrative and operational support in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist clients, learners, trainers, and guests professionally, both in-person and via phone.
· Handle front desk operations including calls, emails, inquiries, and walk-ins in Arabic and English.
· Schedule appointments, manage training room bookings, and maintain visitor records.
· Coordinate training logistics including attendance tracking, documentation, and distribution of training materials.
· Support certificate issuance and onboarding procedures.
· Maintain cleanliness of the front office and manage office supply inventory.
· Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication.
· Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
· Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company’s professional image.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· 2–4 years of experience in front office or administrative roles, preferably in education or service sectors.
· Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
· Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
· Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed.
