The firm is currently seeking a Bilingual Document Specialist to join its remote team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality document production and support services, including formatting, proofreading, editing, and managing complex legal documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, format, and edit legal and business documents using Microsoft Office tools

• Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and clarity

• Convert, merge, and structure documents including tables, charts, and presentations

• Support document production requests across multiple departments

• Manage intake, tracking, and prioritization of document requests

• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all document versions

• Maintain knowledge of firm procedures and documentation standards

• Provide timely support via email, calls, and internal systems

• Assist team members and provide mentorship when required

• Handle multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality output

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in document management or related roles

• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and document procedures (asset)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to type 80–100 words per minute

• Excellent proofreading and attention-to-detail skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities

• Flexible to work rotating shifts including evenings or weekends if required

• Fluent in English and French (Bilingual mandatory)
