Description:
- Al Benaa Al Shamel Facilities Management LLC is seeking a skilled Bidding & Estimation Executive to join their team, playing a critical role in preparing competitive bids, cost estimates, and tender submissions for facilities management projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimations for FM projects including hard and soft services.
- Review tender documents, specifications, scope of work, and project requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with operations and finance teams.
- Analyze supplier quotations, material costs, manpower requirements, and project timeframes.
- Ensure timely submission of bids in accordance with client requirements.
- Maintain a database of suppliers, subcontractors, and pricing information.
- Support management in pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in bidding/estimation within FM or a related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of FM services including MEP, cleaning, and civil works.
- Excellent analytical, costing, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with estimation tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
