Description:
Centrus Energy Corp. is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join our HR team. This role is integral to administering and optimizing the company’s employee benefits programs, supporting our growing workforce in nuclear fuel technology and clean energy innovation. You will manage benefits programs including health, welfare, 401(k), and executive incentive plans, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and contributing to an engaging total rewards strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day benefits programs and ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA).
- Reconcile carrier invoices and payroll deductions with accuracy.
- Lead annual open enrollment and ongoing benefits communication initiatives.
- Manage external vendor and carrier relationships.
- Conduct benchmarking, cost analysis, and financial modeling to optimize total rewards.
- Support high-volume recruitment across multiple locations by delivering competitive benefits programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with HRIS and Benefits Administration systems (Oracle Cloud HCM experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of federal and state benefits regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and complex benefits programs.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Experience administering Executive Compensation or Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar certification.
- Experience supporting multi-state operations in manufacturing, energy, or government contracting sectors.
