We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah for a full-time, on-site position. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and drinks to company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently
- Assist with basic food preparation when required
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the work area
- Ensure a friendly, welcoming, and professional experience for all guests
- Support daily operations of the coffee shop as needed
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience working as a Barista, including basic food preparation
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Clear and confident communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a busy work environment
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or similar role is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
