PAPAKHA Dubai is expanding its hospitality team and is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead non-licensed bar operations at its Dubai location. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily bar activities, managing staff performance, and ensuring consistently high standards of service. Key Requirements:
- Fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory, with strong guest interaction skills

- In-depth understanding of bar operations, including inventory control, ordering, cost management, waste reduction, and hygiene standards
