Overview:
Triac IT Solutions is seeking a skilled Backup Administrator with extensive experience in managing enterprise-level backup systems and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be capable of handling complex backup environments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Veeam Backup and Replication for servers and database workloads.
- Monitor backup jobs, verify retention compliance, and conduct routine restore validations.
- Manage immutable storage and implement measures for ransomware protection and disaster recovery testing.
- Develop, update, and enforce backup policies aligned with company RPO/RTO objectives.
- Provide NAS/Isilon protection, and manage configuration backups for network and security appliances.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must currently be based in the UAE (priority given to UAE-based candidates).
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of enterprise data protection and recovery operations.
