We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Supervisor with established relationships across the HORECA sector (hotels, restaurants, and catering) to grow distribution and trade presence in Dubai. This is a hands-on sales role for a results-oriented professional who understands FMCG channels and can convert relationships into sustained revenue.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years’ professional experience in the UAE, ideally within FMCG distribution or HORECA-focused sales.
- A strong HORECA client base and proven track record of developing accounts within hotels, restaurants, and catering operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and execute trade plans.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred, as the role may involve frequent client visits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a commercial mindset and ability to work under targets.
What you’ll do (typical duties):
- Maintain and expand relationships with HORECA customers and distributors.
- Execute sales strategies to increase product availability and visibility in target outlets.
- Conduct regular territory visits, product presentations, and sampling activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans; follow up on orders and collections.
- Coordinate with supply, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure on-time deliveries and successful promotions.
