Description:
A leading Dubai-based digital insurance organization is currently hiring an experienced Audit Manager – IT & Cyber Security to strengthen its technology risk and audit function. This role is suited for a seasoned professional with strong exposure to IT audits, cyber security reviews, and stakeholder management within complex digital environments. Candidates based in Dubai or India are welcome to apply.
The selected professional will be responsible for leading comprehensive IT and cyber security audits while working closely with senior stakeholders to assess risks, improve controls, and enhance governance frameworks. Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
Key Highlights & Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end IT and Cyber Security audit engagements
• Review IT General Controls (ITGCs) and application-level controls
• Conduct cloud security and technology risk reviews across AWS and Azure environments
• Perform cyber risk assessments, vendor evaluations, and SOC reviews
• Work with ISO 27001, NIST, and related information security frameworks
• Prepare high-quality audit reports and present findings to key stakeholders
• Manage audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up activities
• Build strong relationships with business and technology teams to support risk mitigation
Requirements:
• 6–11 years of experience in IT Audit or Technology Risk, preferably from Internal Audit or Big4 environments
• Prior exposure to insurance, fintech, or digital-first businesses is highly preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, or advanced Excel / BI tools
• CISA certification preferred; CIA, ISO, or CRISC certifications are a plus
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Immediate availability or notice period of up to 30 days
