Description:
Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is seeking an experienced Audit & Compliance Manager to oversee the organization’s internal audit, compliance, governance, and risk management functions. This leadership role is ideal for professionals who can strengthen internal controls while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to develop effective audit strategies, monitor compliance frameworks, identify operational risks, and promote best governance practices across the organization. Strong analytical thinking and leadership abilities are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage internal audit and compliance activities across the organization.
• Develop and enhance governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and AML standards.
• Identify operational risks and recommend practical solutions to improve business processes.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide the audit and compliance team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of:
