Hiring: Audit Accountant

RERA Experience

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Duties

• Coordinate RERA audits and finalize financial reports
• Reconcile ledgers, post accruals, and ensure accurate month-end closings
• File VAT returns and analyze JOP profit & loss statements
• RERA audit coordination skills to manage financial audits for over 80 + Jointly Owned Properties
• Proven RERA experience (mandatory)
• Background in audit/accounting within real estate or property management
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial reporting
