Description:
CBRE is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project management teams on high-profile infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for candidates with experience assisting infrastructure or construction project teams and familiarity with accounts payable/receivable, data processing, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases.
• Organize and process documents, proposals, and invoices, ensuring accurate authorization and scheduling of payments.
• Apply CBRE standards to complex real estate documents such as agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
• Support construction and renovation projects while ensuring staff adherence to safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor account-specific Key Performance Indicators and drive program improvements, providing ongoing mentoring and training for junior staff.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure project delivery aligns with expectations and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Identify and recommend project delivery resources, manage requests for proposals, perform bid analysis, and advise clients on resource selection.
• Implement communication plans, including meetings and written reports, to keep clients and project teams informed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction project management support role preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
