We are hiring an Associate Lawyer to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role is suited for a mid-level corporate associate with solid experience in UAE corporate law and regulations governing DIFC and ADGM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate law matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE, DIFC, and ADGM regulations
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and corporate agreements
