We’re hiring an Associate Financial Planner to be the strategic and operational right hand for senior planners—helping deliver world-class planning and execution for ultra high-net-worth clients.

• A proactive, detail-oriented planner with 3–5 years of real, hands-on experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related client service role.

Key responsibilities

• Support meeting preparation and post-meeting debriefs, producing clear follow-up actions and deliverables.
• Lead client onboarding and discovery tasks to develop robust, actionable financial plans.
• Master and maintain planning tools and technology to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct planning research and draft recommendations across investment, tax, cash flow, and risk domains.
• Own recurring processes and help streamline workflows so senior planners can focus on strategy and client relationship building.
• Deliver accurate, timely work under tight deadlines and collaborate closely with senior team members.
