Company: Dew Wealth Management
Description:
Dew Wealth Management is a fiduciary investment advisory firm delivering a “Virtual Family Office” experience to entrepreneur clients. We’ve grown rapidly and earned industry recognition for our model and culture. As an Associate Financial Advisor you’ll work alongside Lead and Senior Advisors to support a portfolio of entrepreneur and business-owner clients, contributing directly to high-value planning and client service.
- Join an advisory team and assist with comprehensive, client-focused financial planning and coordination for entrepreneur clients—no business development or client-sourcing required.
- Support day-to-day client service: prepare meeting materials, coordinate with client teams (CPAs, attorneys), manage deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of financial plans.
- Help implement and maintain client plans that cover both personal and business finances, contributing to meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Use the firm’s cloud-based tech stack to collaborate with colleagues across locations and keep client work coordinated and up to date.
- Participate in quarterly in-person alignment sessions at headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ (travel paid by the firm).
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrate excellent follow-through, and contribute to a high-performing team culture.
Qualifications & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required; finance, economics or accounting preferred.
- 1–2 years’ experience in financial services or at an RIA (advisory support roles preferred).
- Current enrollment in the CFP® program is a plus but not required.
- Strong organization, project management, and follow-through—ability to work with high-level professionals (attorneys, CPAs, etc.).
- Technologically comfortable and able to learn systems quickly.
- High integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to deliver exceptional client service.
Why this role is a fit:
- You enjoy working behind the scenes to deliver outstanding client outcomes rather than sourcing clients.
- You want to learn from an elite advisory team and grow quickly—there is a clearly defined career path and potential ownership opportunity.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and take pride in excellent execution.
What this role is not:
- This position does not include business development responsibilities or heavy investment-trading duties (investment management is <10% of the role).
- It’s not a sales-driven role where compensation depends primarily on selling or building a book.
Compensation & benefits:
- $80,000 total compensation: $65,000 base + $15,000 performance bonus (semi-annual).
- Clear path to six-figure earnings within ~18 months for strong performers.
- Generous benefits package including fully subsidized healthcare for employees, 401(k) match, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and other standard benefits.
- Remote-first culture with periodic in-person meetings and strong emphasis on professional development.
