Description:
Premise Health is seeking an Associate Compensation Analyst to support the day-to-day compensation administration for the organization. This fully remote role involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to ensure accurate, fair, and compliant compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Premise’s centralized job description library and assist leaders with creating and updating job descriptions
  • Partner with business leaders to create and price new roles
  • Manage and participate in compensation surveys and related invoice processing
  • Prepare and deliver accurate bonus files to payroll on schedule
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with FLSA, state wage laws, and internal pay policies
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to recommend competitive salary offers for non-executive hires
  • Respond promptly to team member inquiries regarding compensation programs and processes
  • Perform other compensation-related duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR, finance, mathematics, or related field
  • 0–2 years of hands-on experience in corporate HR; prior compensation experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic understanding of employment laws (FLSA, EEO) and HR principles
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
