Description:
GroundTruth is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support its Account Management and Sales teams in delivering successful digital advertising campaigns. This remote position is ideal for a creative and motivated professional who enjoys working with campaign data, client objectives, and innovative advertising solutions.
The successful candidate will provide pre-sale support, assist with post-sale account activities, analyze campaign performance, and help develop recommendations that drive measurable business results. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced advertising technology environment focused on location-based marketing and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and complete requests for proposals (RFPs) within assigned teams.
• Analyze previous campaign performance and provide media recommendations aligned with client KPIs.
• Utilize campaign analytics and insights to support account optimization strategies.
• Develop a strong understanding of GroundTruth products and capabilities to create effective media plans.
• Assist with campaign setup and execution by coordinating with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Ad Operations teams.
• Manage creative scheduling, campaign revisions, delivery tracking, and KPI achievement.
• Aggregate research and reporting data throughout client engagements.
• Support Account Managers with post-sale recommendations and optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of experience in a similar field such as ad tech, customer success, or project management.
• 1+ years of digital and/or mobile media experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
