As an Associate Account Manager, you will support both pre-sale and post-sale campaign processes while working closely with Sales, Account Managers, and Ad Operations teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced AdTech environment where data, insights, and campaign performance play a central role in decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales team by prioritizing and completing RFPs within assigned pods.

• Analyze past campaign performance and provide media recommendations aligned with client KPIs.

• Assist in post-sale campaign optimization using data insights and reporting.

• Build strong understanding of GroundTruth products and translate insights into media planning solutions.

• Coordinate campaign setup, creative scheduling, revisions, and execution with internal teams.

• Monitor campaign delivery and ensure performance meets client expectations and KPIs.

• Collect and organize research and reporting data throughout client engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in ad tech, customer success, or project management.

• 1+ year of experience in digital or mobile media.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience using Salesforce is preferred.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of:

• Digital Media Campaign Management

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce

• AdTech Platforms and Performance Analytics
